Hull Culture & Leisure are seeking to appoint two customer focused individuals who are passionate, caring and who can deliver a positive image for the Company. We expect you to be a self-motivated and inspirational individual who will take an active role in encouraging customers to be aware of all our services and opportunities available to them whilst recognising the diversity of their needs.
This post will provide daily supervision to ensure the effective operation of the library. This includes ensuring that the required resources are in place to provide a high-quality service.
This post requires the management and coaching of staff and provide support to customers and partner organisations.
It is essential you have a flexible approach to work as it includes working evenings and weekend work.
