Saturday Assistants - Libraries
1 x Greenwood Avenue Library 3.5 hours
1 x Central Library 4 hours
We are looking for enthusiastic Saturday Assistants who will be responsible for assisting in delivering library services at either the Greenwood Avenue or Central libraries.
You will need to demonstrate previous experience of working with the public and you must have 4 GCSEs or an appropriate equivalent qualification, including literacy and numeracy.
Skills and experience required include:
- Experience of working within an operational environment which includes experience of dealing with the public on a face-to-face basis
- A commitment to a high level of customer service which can be demonstrated through previous work or volunteering
- Experience using and applying IT systems and office software for varying purposes
