5 x annualised hours - Permanent (2 hours per month minimum).

Do you have a passion for creativity? An interest in technology? Are you a maker, artist or inventor? Do you love helping people to learn new skills? Do you enjoy collaborating with others or encouraging people to try something new?

We're looking for dynamic and inspirational individuals who will take an active role in helping to deliver our Makerspace.

This will include working with and supporting the Makerspace team by delivering day to day help for our members. You will work to support new and established makers, creators and inventors of all ages and abilities either on a one to one basis or as part of a range of workshops.

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, can make things happen and has previous experience of work in a relevant field. We expect you will have relevant skills, experience and knowledge, including excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to establish strong working relationships and partnerships.

You will contribute towards the delivery of a flexible and responsive service, working a minimum of 2 hours per month.This will involve evening and weekend working and could also include delivering promotions and activities with the service area and partners, both on and off site.

It is essential you have a flexible approach to work, often being asked to cover at short notice, including evenings and weekends.
