Hull Culture and Leisure are looking for enthusiastic Receptionist to work effectively in a team, to promote and safeguard the welfare of children and/or vulnerable adults using our facilities.  to provide a courteous, polite and responsive reception, enquiring and booking service for customers and visitors which promotes a professional image at all times.  to communicate effectively with all members of staff when dealing with customer enquires and requirements to ensure a rapid and efficient service at all times.
you will be required to provide, efficient clerical and administrative support for managers including word processing to improve the flow of information for customers and staff. You will also need to properly receipt and account for customer payments, including the use of electronic payment systems in compliance with Council and Divisional procedures to ensure all monies are secured and delivered to the council.
A degree of flexibility is required in this role as you will need to cover for holidays and absences.
