We are seeking an experienced confident, and enthusiastic full-time Leisure Duty Team Leader, This role is to support the Leisure Manager & Assistant Manager with the daily management of the facility. The role involves overseeing all operational assistance and aiding the on-site running, including programming, staffing, performance monitoring, health and safety, and promote a positive customer service experience. You will also actively promote and encourage the increasing in participation and healthy lifestyle choices.
A key responsibility will be overseeing the Building Maintenance checks and logging of repairs alongside maintaining Health and Safety records, Including Risk Assessment and Building and Fire logs.
This position requires flexibility and may also involve working at other leisure facilities across Hull.
