We are seeking an experienced, confident, and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant Manager to support the Leisure Manager with the management of Hull Ice Arena. While experience in an ice rink environment is desirable, it is not essential. The role involves overseeing all operational activities and contributing to on-site planning, including programming, staff management, performance monitoring, budget control, health and safety, and customer service. You will also manage the site as a business unit and actively promote it to encourage increased participation and healthy lifestyle choices. A key responsibility will be overseeing the bookings process and ensuring timely income recovery. Additionally, you will assist the Leisure Manager in monitoring the site's financial performance, including meeting income targets and controlling expenditure.

This position requires flexibility and may also involve working at other leisure facilities across Hull.
